• Scratches, cracks, or damage caused during production/shipping.

• Electrical issues (flickering, non-functional power supply).

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized designs (unless defective).

• Products damaged due to mishandling or improper installation.

• Orders canceled after production has begun.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1: Notify Us Within 90 Days

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the defect or issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Step 2: Return Authorization (RA) Number

• Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

• If approved, we’ll email you an RA number and return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Product Back (If Required)

• For defective items, we cover return shipping costs.

• Securely pack the item to prevent further damage.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement

• Once received, we’ll inspect the product and process:

  • Full refund (original payment method, within 7 business days).

All Onelite Neon products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering:

• Electrical malfunctions.

• Manufacturing defects.

• Premature LED failure.

Excludes accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
